Help Spot Make Healthy Choices!
1.) Click on the green flag in the middle and then START.
2.) The timer on the right will count down a minute backwards from 60 seconds.
3.) Move your arrow keys up and down for Spot to eat the foods.
4.) Healthy choices win points.
5.) Unhealthy choices subtract points.
6.) See your score at the end!
7.) In the upper left corner press the stop sign at any time to stop and the green flat to start over!
Healthy Choices, Healthy Character
1.) Click on green flag in the middle and then the green start arrow.
2.) If you click on the red help! arrow a friendly bug will come out and explain the instructions
3.) You can hold down your mouse to drag the healthy foods to create your own character.
4.) Hold your cursor over a food without holding down your mouse and press the arrow keys < or > to rotate the items clockwise and counter clockwise.
5.) Hold your cursor over a food without holding down your mouse and press the arrow keys ^ to make a food larger or smaller.
6.) Press the green “start over” when you are done, or the green flag at the upper left to start over.
7.) You can take a screen shot of your character to save it!
Meet The Squash Family
1.) Click on green flag in the middle and then the red Meet button.
2.) Begin with the family photo in the middle at the top.
3.) Click the –> arrows at the bottom right of each screen to learn about squash.
4.) The green END button will take you back to the hallway of family photos.
5.) Click on each picture in a clockwise direction and follow the same instructions.
6.) Start over by clicking the green flag on the top at left or the red stop sign to stop.
7.) Work clockwise and be sure to learn more about each squash family member!
I Spy With My Eye Apple Game
1.) Click on the green flag in the middle to start.
2.) Click on the Start button.
3.) Find the apples below (Hint: There are a total of 6!)
4.) Click the –> arrows on the bottom right to learn the fun facts.
5.) Click the green checkmark on the bottom right to return to all the hidden apples.
6.) One of the apples has two fun bonus projects (hint: the apple is on a computer!).
7.) At the upper left click on the green flag to start over or the red stop sign to stop.

The Tale of Winter Moon Storybook
1.) Click on the green flag in the middle to start, then the green arrow.
2.) Click on the red arrows at the bottom right to forward the pages.
3.) Click the Help The Farmers button that you see along the way.
4.) Click to help the farmer Water Crops.
5.) Click Chop to see what happens after the vegetables are picked.
6.) Click Freeze and Go To Freezer to see how vegetables are served year-round.
7.) Click the arrow after The End to learn more about Winter Moon.
