Farms Are All Around Us!
Growing our food from the ground is a job that has been in existence since we have lived on Earth. You probably did not know that there is a Farmer’s Museum. The museum is in Cooperstown, NY. Farming has created jobs for hundreds of years, including ironworkers who make shoes for horses, weavers who create sheets and clothing from cotton, bakers who make bread from wheat and farmers who also make milk, cheese and honey from bees and cattle.
As farming has changed over the years old silos no longer in use have become works of art so that we don’t forget our roots and who has grown our food.
